The mission of the Church in the Archdiocese of Halifax
is to proclaim and spread the Kingdom of God,
to be its beginning here on earth,
and to seek its completion of union in glory with Christ the King.

This first Easter as Archbishop of Halifax is full of promise. I am very happy to walk along the path which the Lord has in store for us and to share with you our faith in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray for each other and may the Risen Lord be our strength and our courage.

Christ is Risen! He is Risen, Indeed!
